Areas of Expertise
Midlife Crisis - Men
Men of different ages and stages can face a 'crisis' of some sort. Middle-age is a very common time that men ca be overcome by self-doubt, depression, impulsivity, and feel directionless. I work with these clients to renew their sense of meaning and establish direction in life.
Recovery from Infidelity
Both the hurt party, and the party who engaged in intimacy violations, need curious, compassionate, and nonjudgmental support in order to recover well. This issue is so common, and very devastating. But it can be overcome.
Entrepreneurship
Entrepreneurs are impressive people, but still need support despite their successes. They can suffer from loneliness, burnout, resentment, and isolation
Anxiety & Depression
Anxiety and depression are very commonly diagnosed mental health disorders. To recover from these chronic conditions, direct intervention is required. Coping skills, resolving current problems, and improving other areas of life can reduce symptoms to 0. People with anxiety and depression also need consistent encouragement while they change their lives.
Leadership
Leaders are very talented people, but also uniquely vulnerable to various threats to their mental health, emotional wellness, and relationships.
Emerging Adulthood
Starting out 'adult life' can be way more challenging than an emerging adult expects. The stress of this stage can stall development, or outright halt its progress entirely. It's very common to start counseling at this stage. Becoming unstuck is possible with the right support.
